Fifty years of breakfast on Bishop Street

The menu hasn't chased trends. Roast pork with gravy, lau lau, pastele stew, shoyu chicken, and the French toast that regulars swear by — the board rotates daily, the coffee is always hot, and the doors open at 6 AM sharp, Monday through Friday.
